Shaun has made it his personal mission to empower people to reach their infinite potential and success. Seeking to free people from whatever barriers that holds them back from their GOD given greatness. Nowhere is this more evident than when Shaun is working with youth. Whether speaking at school assembles or keynotes, workshops and trainings. Students are challenged to think, lead and organize to reach their dreams.

Shaun is a former college student-athlete (BA Sociology) who uses his experience in sports and life to inspire and motivate people to move forward in their life in spite of the obstacles and achieve peak performance and ultimate success.

 Drawing from his personal experiences: absence of his father, broken relationships, academic and financial struggles and other obstacles, Shaun’s testimony allows him to connect with thousands of people seeking empowerment, healing and personal success. On stage, as he tours the country, Shaun uses humor and straight talk to deliver a message of hope, healing, empowerment and living according to divine purpose.  The vision of the Hayes Empowerment Institute is to get people to “see ourselves the way GOD sees us, as the temple of GOD both sacred and holy and with unlimited power.”
